Q: Why is it that particular kids get picked on all the time and other kids bully people all the time? A: Some children, because of their looks, their temperament, their language or their disposition, display what we call vulnerable behaviours. These children can be taught how to present themselves with more confidence so they don’t get targeted as a victim. Bullying is about power and control. It is a learned behaviour, and most bullies are victims as well. They are looking to be able to gain some control in some part of their lives. However, if there were no bullies there would be no victims. *Note - this question part of the book "How Parents Can Take Action Against Bullying"
